While access to the content library does not require you to login, if you have previously logged in to any Office 365 service in your web browser using a non-CAWG Office 365 account, you may receive an error message similar to this –
To get around this error, you will need to open the content library link in an Incognito (Google Chrome), In Private (Microsoft Edge), or equivalent private browsing window.
Do this by right-clicking on the content library link above and selecting the appropriate “private browsing” window type for your browser. The image below shows this in Microsoft Edge.
