Book Hotel Rooms
California Wing has partnered with the Warner Center Marriott to offer rooms at the discounted rate of $149/night + taxes/fees (~$187.50/night). To receive this special rate, rooms must be booked no later than 28 September 2023.
Some members have reported issues with rooms not being available. The Marriott website defaults the checkout date to Monday, 23 Oct, but the group rate only extends to Sunday, 22 Oct checkouts. Please adjust your checkout date before searching for available rooms. This is a technical issue Marriott is working to resolve.

Conference Center
California Wing Conference 2023 sessions will take place in the attached conference center. Registration is located across from the Grand Ballroom on the first floor. The second floor is where the the conference rooms are located, and the hotel’s supplied map is rotated 90° counterclockwise. The elevators listed on both maps (and next to the lobby on the first floor) are the same stack. There is a staircase in the lobby which allows access to and from the second floor near the Santa Barbara conference room. The staircase next to the conference rooms themselves (just passed the restrooms) is an emergency exit staircase only.
Parking Options
Overnight self-parking is available in the Marriott’s parking structure for $18 per day, per car for guests with a hotel room reserved through the conference (includes in/out privileges). Regular self-parking costs $25 per day, per car with hourly rates available. Valet parking is available for $30 per day, and there is no discount rate.
The neighboring Warner Park Parking structure does not offer discount parking.
The Marriott’s parking structure has a maximum vehicle height limit of 6’6″ and doesn’t support any oversized vehicles. Members bringing large vehicles would need to park on the surrounding streets (at own risk). The Marriott has asked that no personal or corporate vehicles be parked outside of the hotel lobby or conference center unless utilizing the valet services.
Airport Transportation
California Wing Conference 2023 is near to Burbank International Airport (KBUR), Whiteman Airport (KWHP), and Van Nuys Airport (KVNY). Several ground transportation options exist to get between these airports and the conference. There are no plans to offer shuttle services in CAP vehicles.
