Refund Policy and Process

EventSquid cannot handle refunds. Please follow the steps below to request a full or partial refund. Failure to follow these steps will delay or prevent your refund request. California Wing Conference 2023 Staff and California Wing Finance must approve all refund requests, and refunds are not guaranteed to be honored.

Full or Partial Refunds

Download a CAWGF11 template for California Wing Conference 2023 refunds and fill in the following:

• Invoice Number: the confirmation number from your registration email
• Invoice Date: the date you are submitting your refund request
• Your name and home address
• Amount: the amount you are requesting to be refunded

Submit the following in an email to Terrie Singleton, California Wing Senior Wing Administrator, and 1st Lt Samanatha Moat, California Wing Conference 2023 Registrar:

• Your original conference registration email
• Your completed CAWGF11
• A justified reason requesting for requesting a refund and how you determined the amount

Your conference attendance and/or apparel will be cancelled upon receipt of a justified request. Once Lt Moat has confirmed the details, amount, and accepts the reason; she will provide Ms Singleton the go-ahead to approve and process your refund. Please allow two to three weeks for your refund check to arrive.
