2d Lt Elizabeth Boyd

• CAWG Resilience Training Assistant

2d Lt Elizabeth C. Boyd, currently serving as the Character Development Officer and Education and Training officer for Cadet Squadron 144 – “Phoenix Squadron”. Holds a Trainee status for Emergency Services Ground team and a Missions Scanner rating for Air Crew. Additionally, Elizabeth is a Resiliency Training Assistant (RTA) for the USAF Resiliency program assisting to pilot the CAP Resiliency program for California. As a relatively new member, Lt Boyd joined CAP with her Husband United States Army Sergeant Ron Craighead in February of 2020. Lt Boyd currently holds a technical rating in Education and training and was mentored by Col Jessica Black of Squadron 144.

Lt Boyd holds a Masters Degree in Business and Marketing from California National University and Program Management Professional certification from PMI, Inc. Is a mother of 5 grown children and a grandmother of 2.
