Maj George Michelogiannakis

• Deputy Commander, San Francisco Bay Group 2

Maj George Michelogiannakis, CAP first joined Civil Air Patrol in 2012.  He is currently the deputy commander of group 2, a check pilot, mission check pilot, glider tow pilot, and an experienced CAP pilot approaching two thousand hours of flight time.  Maj Michelogiannakis has a master rating in the stan/eval specialty track, and senior in operations, and has completed level 5 of professional development in 2020 after attending USAF SOS and ACSC. Finally, Maj Michelogiannakis holds multiple aircrew and base staff ES ratings.
