After attending over 25 encampments, Maj Cahill had a vision to create a dynamic, well rounded, and all-inclusive advanced encampment program.  ATS (Advanced Training Squadron) was formed in 2015 and has successfully offered excellent opportunities to cadets througout California Wing.

In 2019, California Wing Cadet Programs came up with the idea of a challenging outdoor event called CHARGE (Cadet High Adventure Rescue Ground Team Experience) and Maj Cahill was chosen to be the Project Officer where she led the advance of this program to fruition.  In her words, “I have commanded many activities, but this will prove to be my greatest adventure.  I am honored to serve on Wing Cadet Programs Staff.”
